WHo i Am

Royce Walker, a Detroit-based multidisciplinary designer who loves solving problems through art, design and fabrication, creating solutions that are as thoughtful as it is expressive. Currently a senior Product Design major at College for Creative Studies (CCS), I’ve invested the last several years developing a proficiency within my field, seeking opportunities to express my skillset.

Whether conceptualizing a product, fashion look, or user experience, I consistently aim to create work that's impactful, thought-provoking, environmentally conscious, aesthetically pleasing, and of course, functional. I believe every reality and perspective holds value and understand that having an appreciation for how people interact with their environments while giving focused attention to the challenges people encounter influences how I reimagine ways to address the needs that arise in everyday life. I’ve learned that this approach can make the difference between a good product and a timeless one
